• The transport is provided by: DHL, UPS, Fedex, Geis.
• We always do our best to ship the goods within 24 hours.
• For faster delivery we use our stocks in Germany and Czech Republic.
• We will always gladly tell you all information about your parcel, such as its tracking number.
• Delivery usually takes 2-7 days for EU states.
• The list of states where we deliver: EU states and the rest of Europe, Russia, Turkey, USA, Canada , Israel, Australia.
• Isn't there your country on the list? Contact us, we can make an individual delivery.
• All goods is packed in a way preventing any damage. If you notice the packaging is damaged, once your package has arrived, inform the transporter!
• Goods is always packed in a discreet packaging.

Return guarantee

• In case of trouble, you do not pay for transportation to the Czech Republic. Our company has its own warehouse in many European countries.
• Most of the goods can be returned within 90 days.
• If you want to return an item, please write to support@ledgrowshop.eu first, before sending the goods back to our address.
• If the returned goods fulfills our return policy requirements, you will be given full refund (without postage) on Paypal bank account within 14 days. If the received goods has a defect, please write to servis@ledgrowligth.eu and we will take care of your problem as quickly as we can.
• We always take care of warranty repairs in the first place.
